The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role supports our Extreme Events Solutions business. This role implements a robust talent agenda supporting these client groups in achieving commercial objectives. A hybrid role that straddles HR and the business, the HRBP is fluent in the strategies of both areas, and integrates these strategies to optimize retention, culture, diversity and inclusion, talent attraction, development, and engagement. This role is based out of our Boston, MA office which has a flexible hybrid work model with 2 days per week in-office.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experienceFive years of corporate HRBP experienceSolid practical knowledge of talent management disciplines, such as: performance management, succession planning, talent planning, competency development, compensation, and analyticsExperience leading a business through changeDemonstrated business acumen and savvyAbility to manage competing, high-priority demands, prioritize workloads, and manage projects against strict deadlinesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsSuperior oral and written communication skills; ability to establish credibility/rapportStrong analytical skillsStrong PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Oracle a plus#LI-LM03
