**Are you interested in providing top-notch HR business partnering for our Americas’ Sales Region in Domestic Building Services (DBS) and handling various HR tasks to support our globalization and organizational transformation?**
**Join the Sales HR Business Partner team!**
**What is the job about?**
As a member of the DBS Americas leadership team, you will guide the organizational and personnel strategy within the sales region, translating and executing Grundfos and DBS plans into regional activities.
You will be part of our global HR Business Partnering team, which includes twenty-five HR professionals, seven of whom are experienced HR Business Partners. Collaborating with global HR Services and the HR Centre of Excellence, you'll deliver high-level HR support to the DBS organization. You’ll report to Per Pedersen, the HR Director for DBS Sales HR Business Partnering.

Your role involves two parallel tracks: acting as a trusted business partner for the Americas Regional Leadership team and managing HR projects with regional or global scope.
The DBS Americas’ Sales Region comprises 100 employees led by the Americas’ Regional Leadership Team.
**Your main responsibilities** **:**
+ Reinforcing Grundfos Values and key behaviours.
+ Co-accountability for the leadership of functions with the Regional Leadership team.
+ Ensuring execution of functional activities from DBS strategy plans, such as competence development, employee engagement, talent management, and people performance management.
+ Coaching the Regional Sales Director and Regional Leadership team.
+ Supporting leadership development.
+ Implementing annual HR processes like people reviews, performance dialogues, merit reviews, employee surveys, and succession planning.
+ Taking accountability for HR deliveries, including operational and administrative services, aligning expectations, providing feedback, and liaising between leaders and HR Services in complex cases.
Additionally, you'll represent the DBS HRBP team in global HR projects and participate in company-wide HR initiatives.
**Your background:**
Business understanding and interest in people and organization.
To excel in this HR Business Partner role, you're expected to ensure business-oriented partnering through your HR and business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build trusting relationships. Your positive influencing and coaching skills are crucial, as you support and collaborate with leaders to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications:
+ Degreein HR, Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience as a business-oriented HR Business Partner, HR consultant, HR manager, or a leader skilled in developing and advising managers.
+ Regional and/or global experiencewould be an advantage, along with domestic roles.
+ Extensive end-to-end HR experience (Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Recruitment, and organization design).
+ Advanced communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
+ Proactive with the ability to translate strategy into action.
+ Detail-oriented but able to follow through on tasks.
