Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a HR Business Partner to support their teams in a fast-paced, professional environment. In this role you provide HR expertise and drive employee engagement and organizational success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and team dynamics.Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and engagement.Support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.Provide HR expertise in a collaborative and professional setting.

Qualifications:

4+ years of HR experience, with at least 1+ years in an HRBP role.Background in professional services or a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.A proactive, mature, and strategic mindset.
