Position Overview
Lead to attract, motivate, engage and retain the talent to the company through development and design of the effective and efficient compensation and benefit programs aligned with the Business and HR strategy.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Implement, administer and review compensation and benefits programs that are cost-effective and that provide strong competitive positioningOrganize and process annual salary review, promotion and market catch upConduct a comprehensive review of all C&B processes to ensure compliance to company’s policy, efficiency & best practice, implementing changes where necessary.Participate in market surveys and analysis compensation competitiveness vs. market and benchmarkMonitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits as Conducts participating in compensation and benefits surveysMonitor & forecast labor cost and report budget/actual analysisConsults and communicates C&B related agendas with employeesReview & update HR policies of C&B in accordance with Labor Standards Act, company policy enhancement, global policy alignmentMaintain and renew C&B related contract in accordance with internal and external regulationsCurrent Employees apply HERE
