HR Business Partner (Dutch speaker)

We are excited to welcome a new colleague to our fantastic HR Benelux team. Our HR team includes 4 HR Business Partners and 2 HR Coordinators across CBU Netherlands and Belgium. In this role you will be based in our beautiful The Lobby Offices in Rijswijk – while having the hybrid working option to also work from home or one of our People Hubs a few days of the week. 

 

As an HR Business Partner, you'll not only proactively identify and address HR-related business needs but also play a pivotal role in helping our business leaders achieve their goals by transforming business strategy into impactful HR solutions. You will champion employee advocacy, deliver impactful managerial coaching, and craft dynamic engagement strategies to boost wellbeing and drive long-term commitment to business success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Partnering:

Support our business leaders in achieving their goals by translating business strategy into HR solutions.Demonstrate curiosity and a deep understanding of the business and its dynamics.Proactively identify business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.Participate in various cross-functional (HR) projects to support the overall organization.

Talent Management & Development:

Build a talent strategy for the function(s) you support, in collaboration with Senior Leaders, encompassing recruitment, retention, and capability building.Participate in the recruitment process for open vacancies.Advise and guide senior leaders in defining and building future capabilities, supporting them in coaching their team members to meet their needs and career aspirations.

HR Processes:

Co-drive and animate the HR People Cycle processes, ensuring the highest standards of data quality in HR systems.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Maintain continuous cooperation with Shared Service and Center of Expertise teams to effectively manage HR operations.

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:

Advise and coach people leaders on people-related matters, enabling them to lead their teams effectively and address employee concerns.Partner closely with the business to foster an empowering environment within teams, boosting employee engagement.Connect with Danoners (Danone employees) to help them achieve their full potential.Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Meet your future manager! As HR Business Partner you’ll report to Esther van Aalst, CBU NL Head of HR Sales & SN.

Fluent in Dutch and English.Minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on HR Business Partnering experience.Experience with Change Management.Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.Pragmatic problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.Adaptable and able to swiftly respond to changes within a dynamic environment.Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.An excellent networker with the ability to engage and inspire others.Strong project management skills.
