HR Business Partner & HR project management

1.  HR business Partner for France HQ :
- 2 offices : Paris La Défense & Sens
-  ~130 employees 
- Main tasks :
o Employee relations and industrial relations (management  of
the dedicated CSE),
o Individual legal issue management : litigation (individual and
collective), disciplinary procedures and relations with the labor inspectorate (illness files, incapacity, etc.),
o Identification and collection of critical workforce requirements necessary to achieve current and future business results, in
terms of skills and training,
o Coordination and data analisis,
o People management and development,
o HR consulting and coaching with leaders and managers to
solve significant people issues,
o Deployment of the local actions for people well being in La
Défense and develop such actions for Sens

2. HR business Partner for France HR team and commercial team in Montereau :
- ~70 employees
- Same tasks as below, except the industrial relations that are managed
at plant level.

3. HR project manager :
- With the HRD, support the management of the strategic HR projects
for France, as example for the next months :
o Communication on RCC and France organization
o Merger of social entities (support to the coordination of the
different areas)
o Internal communication especially on HR topics such as C&B,
industrial relations, engagement
