HR Business Partner  *Hybrid*  This role will work on site in Portland three days a week. 

Our HRBPs provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. Our HRBPs work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching.

Required Qualifications: 

5 years experience preferably in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, HR Management, or related field. Senior Human Resource Professional.  Experience working with collective bargaining agreements and with unions
