Job DescriptionThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key strategic role in aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. Partnering closely with functional leaders, the HRBP will guide talent management, performance, and engagement initiatives that support company goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The HRBP will lead organizational change efforts, oversee special projects, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement impactful initiatives. Additionally, the role will leverage HR data to monitor progress, inform strategic decisions, and ensure all projects comply with company policies and legal requirements. This position is essential in driving the company’s long-term success by shaping and executing HR strategies that enhance employee performance and leadership development.
Lead the organization’s human capital objectives by working closely with all HR representatives and collaborating with organization leaders to provide HR guidance to support department and functional objectives.Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification on HR inquiries. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals.Assess training needs, to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Suggest and develop new HR strategies as needed.Manage/participate on special projects/programs requiring stakeholder input, as needed.Escalate issues that need SVP of HR’s or General Council review/approvalOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree required, degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business preferred. In lieu of a degree equivalent work-related experience will be considered.Seven (7) years of broad HR Generalist knowledge and experience, with 4 years as HR Business Partner.Two (2) years of experience in leading projects and implementing change.Ability to solves complex problems and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to build trustAdditional InformationWe Offer:
