THE ROLE
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with District Managers for TK Maxx & Homesense. You will significantly influence and deliver the regional, district, and functional business strategy to ensure the achievement of business KPIs. You will be accountable for building leadership capabilities and driving the Talent agenda to meet future business growth plans. We are seeking candidates ideally based in Manchester, though we offer flexibility as the role involves covering these regions
WHAT YOU'LL DODrive sustained business performance to maximize ROI and protect profitability.Stay updated on current and future people-related legislation, issues, and trends.Share accountability for delivering business key performance indicators.Demonstrate strong people management and leadership capabilities.Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy.Collaborate with Centres of Expertise, HR Service Centre, and other HR Business Partners.Influence functional leaders to deliver ROI and control HR solution costs.Ensure legal compliance and act as the conscience of the business.Lead and champion significant capability, cultural, and change activities.Provide coaching and leadership development to senior leaders.Challenge and support leaders in handling difficult issues.Manage resource balance to meet organizational strategy needs.Ensure high standards of recruitment, induction, training, and personal development.Facilitate career path management for high-potential Associates.Review and lead organizational design to meet objectives.Drive the talent review process and strategy.Lead the employee relations agenda and resolve complex issues.WHO YOU ARESubstantial knowledge of TJX’s operations and business strategies.Significant multi-site HR experience in a fast-moving, customer-facing organization.Experience with country-specific HR and Employment legislation.Beneficial experience in a matrix environment.Leadership and team management experience.Strategic perspective with a strong operational focus.High level of initiative and judgment.Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships.Broad HR knowledge.High resilience and emotional intelligence.Confident and credible at all levels.Natural coaching style to challenge and support partners.Ability to manage volume and complexity with changing priorities.You have a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards an HR qualification).Time in an HR role or significant HR experience is preferential.
