**HR Business Partner (Part-time)**

We are seeking a Part-time HR Business partner (3-4 Days Per Week) to join our Neuhausen team.
**Location:** Neuhausen, Switzerland
**Your Challenge:**
+ To support our line managers with customized and value-added HR solutions, being a competent, trusted, and reliable partner
+ To maintain a smooth recruitment process and to continuously work on innovative solutions to attract promising candidates in cooperation with our talent acquisition group located in CAN.
+ To manage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law and regulations
+ To contribute your experience and expertise to our HR projects and to develop and support training activities
+ To carry out efficiently various HR administrative tasks and be digitally skilled (Workday, Windows)
**Your Expertise:**
+ University education in a related field (Psychology, Business Administration in HR) or an equivalent education (Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
+ At least 7 years of experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment
+ Ability to quickly build and sustain relationships with a range of international stakeholders of all levels (we work in a matrix organization which may be challenging at times)
+ In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances
+ Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
+ Experience handling professional platforms such as LinkedIn or other Social Media platforms
+ Reliable team player with a problem-solving mindset, a self-starter working highly independent
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivity
+ Skilled with up to date electronic systems, platforms (Workday, Windows)
