**HR Business Partner Professional**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
As a trusted HR partner to the assigned product line leadership teams, you will leverage your expertise to provide an independent viewpoint on business challenges. You’ll proactively drive the HR people agenda in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring that HR strategies are tailored to enhance business outcomes.
You will champion leadership development across all levels by coaching managers and employees, fostering growth, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. In addition, you will advocate for diversity in hiring, promotion, and people development, ensuring an inclusive environment.
Your role will involve advising leadership on talent development and performance management strategies to boost employee contributions and address performance gaps. You will also identify opportunities for change management and lead efforts to implement necessary changes.
You will provide guidance to both managers and employees in line with Siemens Energy policies, ensuring compliance while maintaining strong communication with the HR team. Through collaboration, you will support local policy development and alignment with organizational objectives.
As a key member of the HR team, you’ll lead or participate in HR projects focused on driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement, while collaborating across stakeholder groups to address complex HR issues and questions as needed.
**What You Bring / Qualifications**
+ **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field is preferred.
+ **Experience** : 5+ years of proven success in HR consultation, with demonstrated ability to support and collaborate with teams in a manufacturing environment.
+ **Skills** :
+ Proven track record in influencing leadership and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
+ Ability to prioritize, analyze, problem-solve, and make informed decisions rapidly in alignment with organizational standards, policies, and legal regulations.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
+ Adaptability in a dynamic, matrixed, and complex organization.
**Additional Information**
+ **Position Type** : Full-time, **On-site**
+ **Hours** : Flexible first shift with occasional weekend and after-hours availability

**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
