Job Description● Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team.
● Lead with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes (talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership development, succession planning etc.).
● Join and involve in regional management meetings, e.g. strategic planning, business meetings, and major functional activities to understand the existing and potential people issues and opportunities in the relevant areas.
● Collaborate and coordinate with HRCOE and HRS to implement HR initiatives in support of the business.
● Drive and implement other HR initiatives for all personnel in the region.
Qualifications● Bachelor or above, 3+ years professional experience in the HR function, Compensation, OD or Learning Expert skill will be preferred.
● High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach.
● Flexible and able to prioritize, deal with change.
● Good project management experience, facilitation skills and analytical skills.
● Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
● Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
● Fluent in English communicating and writing.
