HR Business Partner – Recruitment

Position Summary
The HRBP-Recruitment, will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-quality candidates for administrative and other organizational roles. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a servant leadership approach, who excels at relationship-building and fostering a positive candidate experience. You will partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, craft effective recruitment strategies, and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Your work will directly impact the growth and culture of our organization by ensuring we hire team members who are both a technical fit and an excellent addition to our company culture.

Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process for administrative and sales roles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.Proactively identify and attract top talent using various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a cultural and technical fit.Maintain a talent pipeline to quickly respond to evolving hiring needs.Act as a true brand ambassador, representing our core values and company culture to candidates.Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.Lead the onboarding and first impression experience for all new team members. Stay up to date on industry trends to continuously improve our recruitment practices.Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for a variety of administrative roles.Proven track record of filling roles quickly and effectively with high-quality candidates.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.Servant leadership mindset – dedicated to supporting others and fostering a positive team environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation recruitment environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.ADP Workforce Now administrator experience is preferred
