Position Summary:WellLife Network Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This leadership role will oversee critical HR functions, including recruitment and benefits administration working closely with an additional Director of Human Resources who oversees Employee and Labor Relations and HRIS. The Director will also play a key role in supporting HRIS implementation and maintenance of the system, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Essential Accountabilities: Leadership & Strategy + Work with the HR team on day-to-day HR operations ensuring that goals and needs of daily assignments from the team are met on a timely basis. + Serve as a key advisor to leadership, providing strategic guidance on HR initiatives. + Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with the organization’s mission and goals. + Provide input on policy development, compliance, and process improvements. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition + Oversee the recruitment team to ensure effective hiring strategies that attract diverse and qualified candidates. + Develop and implement best practices for talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention. + Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely recruitment. Benefits + Supervise the benefits team to ensure employees receive comprehensive and competitive benefits. + Manage the leave of absence process, benefits enrollment processes, help maintain employee benefits and oversee communication, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. + Help reconcile invoices and audit invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions. + Work closely with the Payroll team on related HR matters. + Ensure that the agency is providing competitive benefits that bring value to employees. + Support system upgrades and integrations as needed. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field. + Demonstrated experience in HR, leading HR teams with successful outcomes managing teams. + Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations. + Experience managing recruitment and benefits + Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
