HR Compensation Coordinator
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **HR Compensation Coordinator** to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. Your responsibilities will include managing compensation policies, processes, and communications, as well as developing and improving HR operations to meet the evolving needs of our business. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$22-$25/hour** ) over a 12 month contract period. **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to start **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Compensation. + Knowledge of NPPC Human Resources policies and procedures. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Excel and SAP. + Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills. + Excellent customer service orientation. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with deadlines. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). + MS SharePoint experience is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** + Verify data, research issues, and update information related to grandfathered benefit plans, quarterly tax reporting, recognition system updates, weekly backfill submissions, and ongoing reporting needs. + Support the annual salary review process by distributing HR communications, auditing data, verifying information with HR Strategists, and ensuring file completeness. + Maintain and update internal Compensation site materials and links. + Contribute to special projects as assigned. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
