HR Compliance Representative

Job Summary
Performs a variety of support duties for the Human Resource Department to maintain personnel records.
Essential Functions
+ Maintains integrity of personnel files by reviewing, scanning, indexing and entering information from employment documents (applications, I9s, resumes, transcripts, licensure/certification, education, personnel action forms etc.)
+ Indexes files into electronic filing system by adding data into key fields and verifying name matches, social security matches, team member ID, and job title utilizing multiple systems and technologies.
+ Process and track specialized verification of employment forms and requests.
+ Process and track personnel file record requests in accordance with Bullard Plawecki regulations.
+ Complete special projects related to merging file storage systems, new equipment and technologies as part of system integrations and acquisitions.
+ Maintains equipment and supplies.
+ Copies team members records / other documents as requested.
Qualifications
Required
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 year of relevant experience computer/data entry.
