RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide coaching and consultation to managers at all levels of the organization on employee issues, including but not limited to performance, employee relations, policy violations, and investigations in compliance with Oracle policies, values, and guidelines. Partner with stakeholders to execute the performance management plan and approach to ensure active manager engagement. Build trusted advisor relationships with the business, within the HR team and with the broader HR organization. Apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with highly sensitive and confidential information. Proactively analyze data to identify and action insights and trends. Create solutions to increase manager capabilities and enable success against business objectives. Increase manager capability to build high performing teams and employee engagement. Build reciprocal relationships with key stakeholder teams and individuals in support of shared objectives against HR organizational priorities. Empower others to take ownership of problems, make effective decisions and recognize the broad, systematic implications. Manage high levels of ambiguity effectively and support the resolution of complex problems that cross organizational boundaries. Create an environment of personal accountability and ownership for problem-solving while securing commitments for change initiatives and adoption. Mentor teammates across the organization to support the organizational and business needs. Manage special projects and programs across the wider line of business client organizations.
