We are seeking a talented individual to join our Careers team at Mercer. This role will be based in Indonesia.
We will count on you to:
Act as a strategic business partner and be a trusted advisor to the client, focus on expanding client relationships especially with the key people.
Be the key person for client relations and business expansion. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development in conjunction with the Growth team, and expanding the breadth of Mercer's business.
Be the Project Advisor and accountable for senior stakeholder management in order to ensure the overall project delivery and quality.
Perform as an effective leader and coach to the more junior consultants.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any discipline. A Master’s degree holder would be highly valued.
Relevant working experience with strong consulting and/or client servicing experience preferably in servicing local business or conglomerates.
Deep knowledge in one or more of HR-related areas.
Strong stakeholders management and executive presence with problem-solving skill, learning agility and analytical thinking.
