HUGO BOSS Iberia is looking for an experienced HR Controller to work at the headquarters based in Madrid.
\nAs HR Controller you will be part of the company´s Human Resources team and will work in close collaboration with the Financial Department.

\n\n

 

\n\n\n\tPermanent contract.\n\tPossibility of a hybrid work model.\n

 

What you can expect:

- Support to the Retail department (Spain&Portugal) for the planning of the workforce.
\n- Coordinate the planning of staff budgets (OB, SPF, PC) with the Finance department.
\n- Manage all personnel expenses derived from HB Spain&Portugal on a monthly/yearly basis. Analysis and control of the same.
\n- Elaboration of personnel reports.
\n- Analysis of costs of personnel: payroll and hiring.
\n- Participation in decision-making in covering the points of sales.
\n- Analysis of future risks in accordance with the different staffing policies.
\n- Create a goof and trusful relationship with Finance department, with opend-mind with 360º approach.
\n- Curiosity about the retail sector.

 

Your profile:

- Expertise in Spanish Payroll (3-5 years).
\n- Extensive knowledge in Accounting; Accounting of personnel expenses.
\n- Advanced Level English C1 is mandatory.
\n- Advanced Excel & Databases is mandatory.
\n- Knowledge SAP is highly valued.
\n- Knowledge in Cegid or META4 is highly valued.
\n- Availability to travel on a very punctual basis: Iberia Market Spain&Portugal.
\n- Fluent level in Spanish and English.
