HR Coordinator – Part Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished HR Coordinator to join a rapidly growing business in the picturesque town of Market Harborough.

As part of a friendly, committed and highly skilled team, the successful applicant will focus on all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, resource coordination, and staff development. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the growth and development of the team.

 

Hours of work, salary and benefits:

Part-time working 4 days per week Hybrid working pattern £30,000 FTE – £24,000 pro rata Free on-site parking 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays FTE

 

As HR Coordinator, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:

Coordinating all recruitment, selection and onboarding processes Designing, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures Sourcing and coordinating internal and external training programmes Ensuring the company is compliant with health and safety and employment law Creating personal development plans to identify career growth opportunities within the business

 

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator with the following skills and experience:

Extensive proven experience in a similar HR role, involving management of HR policies and procedures Strong knowledge of employment law and health and safety regulations Prior involvement in coordinating a training matrix and sourcing training programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Enjoys a fast-moving environment, able to multitask and manage deadlines Expert attention to detail The ability to work independently using your own initiative
