Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Supports the recruitment process for assigned site(s) through a variety of activities which may include posting job openings, screening applicants, updating the applicant tracking database, staffing metrics, and providing support in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
• Coordinates on-boarding of new hires and may conduct new hire orientation.
• Collects and organizes interview materials and feedback information in preparation of interview debrief process.
• Provides basic employee relation support such as policy interpretation, direction on HR processes and reference material. Assists in remediation and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
• Promotes an issue-free environment through awareness and sensitivity to associates, positive programs, and consistent application of policies, procedures, management standards and training.
• Sets up and maintains new hire files, medical files, background / EEO and training files.
• Processes new hire paperwork ensures it is submitted timely and accurately to payroll, benefits or within the HRIS system.
• Ensures compliance throughout the onboarding and off-boarding process.
• Organizes and carries out general administrative tasks as needed such as filing, payment of invoices, tracking of performance evaluations, training forms, sign on bonus payments, employee referrals, distribution of announcements, gathers and sends required documents in response to claims for unemployment, requests for files, internal audit requests, etc.
• Engages in HR projects as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:
• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of related work experience and/or the equivalent in years of education.

Knowledge & Skills:
• Special Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task and re-balance changing priorities in a dynamic work environment critical. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision making and conflict management skills desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint desired. Knowledge of web and video conferencing helpful.
