This is an on-site role. **JOB DETAILS** **Job title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator** **Contract Duration: 6+ Month (** **Temp to Perm** **)** **Location:** **Area 100 Abbott Park Lake Bluff IL 60044 United States** **Pay Range: 21$/hour - FIXED** **JOB SUMMARY:** **5 Days Onsite** * **Hours:** 8:30AM to 5:00PM **Skills:** With limited supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals will assist to coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organizations compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs. Responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions. Education: Associates Degree preferred **Duties: Note:** Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. Responsible for supporting variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Data cleanup, job descriptions, organize efforts to update job descriptions, implement hiring process and development. Need to know basics of HR compliance. Focus on supporting the Business Human Resource leader on implementing processes. Must be organized and be able to prioritize well.
