HR Coordinator
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **HR Coordinator** to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various HR functions, including data entry, recordkeeping, and training. You will be the first point of contact for employees, answering questions and resolving issues. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$20-$23/hour** ) over a 6 month contract period. **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to start **Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED equivalent required. + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. + 3+ years of customer service experience. + 1+ years of prior experience in Human Resources preferred. + Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. + Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and input into HR systems. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Attention to detail and organizational skills. + Collaborative and team-oriented. + Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process various HR forms, including applications, employment records, enrollment documents, and pay change information. + Maintain and distribute employee information, policies, procedures, and communications. + Foster a learning environment by sharing knowledge and documenting information. + Interface with factory personnel, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and HR Services Teams. + Perform routine transactions and correspondence based on customer requests. + Function as a communication liaison, identifying and sharing departmental issues with HR leadership. + Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while navigating multiple computer systems. + Seek clear understanding of performance objectives and contribute to personal development plans. + Establish strong relationships with Factory HR and HR Operations teams. + Assist in maintaining the integrity of employee records, including Form I-9 verifications. + Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
