**Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract HR Coordinator to join our team in Asheville, NC. As a key part of the HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ **Recruitment Support:** Assist in job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination of hiring processes.
+ **Onboarding:** Organize new hire orientation sessions, ensure all required paperwork is completed, and help new employees integrate into the company.
+ **HR Administration:** Maintain and update employee files, assist with benefits administration, and manage HR documentation, including contract management and renewals.
+ **Compliance:** Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist with compliance reporting for employment laws and regulations.
+ **Payroll Coordination:** Liaise with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee payroll information, such as timesheets, salary changes, and leave.
+ **HR Data and Reporting:** Support the HR team by running and analyzing HR reports to inform decision-making, including tracking key HR metrics like headcount, retention, and turnover rates.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
**Experience:**
+ 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or general HR administration.
+ Experience in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
+ Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Skills:**
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
+ Problem-solving skills with a focus on employee service and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
+ Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.
