HR Coordinator  Pay Rate: $25 / hourWork Type: In PersonLocation: Northwest Houston , 77040Hours: 8:00 – 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri  Join an established county organization where you would help facilitate, coordinate, and execute the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department by providing administrative support for the team!Responsibilities:This position will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and managing all pre-employment activities and the onboarding process for full time employees to include job offer generation, processing requests for background screenings, drug screenings, etc.Assists and instructs internal users with the use and access of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to include onboarding and offboarding; updates and maintains the ATS to reflect the selection ofcandidate(s) and new hire activity workflow; creates and provides various reports on new hire activities.Conducts periodic audits and maintenance of HR databases in accordance with policy and procedure guidelines to ensure all information is correct and up to date. List Qualification or Requirements:2 yrs.
