Description
We are partnering with a client located in San Diego, CA to find Human Resource Coordinator to join their team. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will organize and oversee all HR duties in their organization, ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
+ Participate in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
+ Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
+ Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
+ Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
+ Assist with the monitoring of the company's HR policies as necessary.
+ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and digital formats.
+ Support other special projects or initiatives as needed.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ Proven experience in an HR coordinator role.
+ Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
+ Familiarity with social media recruiting.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
