HR Coordinator
Description We have an exciting contract opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our growing team! The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR team as well as provide HR administrative support to other departments, including supporting recruiting, onboarding, record maintenance, benefits and training processes. This position requires at least 1 year of related experience, including experience using HRIS system(s). If you are looking to take the next step in your career, please apply! Duties & Responsibilities: + Assisting with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. + Maintaining employees' records. + Supporting employee relations and benefits administration. + Coordinating training sessions and seminars. + Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback. + Utilizing ATS, HRIS, and CRM systems for administrative tasks effectively. + Supporting other functions as assigned. Requirements + Proven experience as an HR coordinator or a similar role. + Experience in HR policies and procedures. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. + Experience with ATS, HRIS, and CRM systems. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. + Honest, ethical, and dependable. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
