The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. The ideal candidate can interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Candidate will have general administrative responsibilities, is very detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, can work independently, and has initiative to get things accomplished. Qualifications:
+ Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred
+ Experience: 1-3 years of HR Coordinator experience (preferred).
+ Expert level written and verbal communication skills, excellent decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
+ Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
+ Possesses a bias for action and sense of urgency, while able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
+ Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
salary: $30 - $32 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
+ Collaborates with Security Managers to develop, prepare, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
+ Maintain all security-related documentation and records
+ Coordinates the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.
+ Reviews current safety training and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates.
+ Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety management program including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.
+ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
+ Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security related incidents.
+ Assist with Security Training.
