In this role, you will be executing various human resources tasks, including employee management, fostering effective communication, and maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities: • Undertake the responsibility of managing various human resources tasks efficiently. • Foster an environment that values, trusts, and respects each associate, irrespective of their role. • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and guest information along with pertinent company data. • Display clear thinking ability, remaining calm and resolving problems using sound judgement. • Embrace change and adapt to evolving business requirements. • Identify departmental training needs and provide necessary training. • Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure efficient execution. • Understand and cater to the needs of fellow employees and guests. • Work cohesively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment. • Display a strong business sense, contributing to the overall business strategy and goals. Requirements • 1+ year of experience in a similar HR role. • Proficiency in the Spanish language is required. • The candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. • The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • The candidate should have knowledge of HR systems and databases. • The applicant must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
