POSITION SUMMARY

If so, come join our team as an HR Coordinator, where you will be an operational expert in onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding for multiple business groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist recruiters/hiring managers in posting new job opportunities, ensuring they are compliant and thorough Coordinate background check processing and I-9 verifications Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding experience, including processing data in the HR system and facilitating HR orientation presentations Coordinate with IT and the hiring team to prepare for the new hire’s first day Monitor a shared mailbox and respond to submitted inquiries/requests Serve as an HR policy and procedure resource Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, pay changes) in the HR system and send related communications Process operational tasks related to employee terminations, including IT coordination, sending required communications, and updating the HR system Audit PTO balances and assist with timesheet entries for employees on a leave of absence Run reports from HR system as needed Contribute to the drafting and updating of standard operating procedure (SOP) guides Perform other tasks and project work as assignedSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Experience working in a professional environment Experience collecting different pieces of information from multiple sources, organizing it, and processing it with a high level of accountability for accuracy Has experience with any HR system, experience in any area of HR, and/or has knowledge of various HR concepts Experience communicating verbally and in written form with various levels and types of stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint 0-2 years of experienceTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This hybrid position is based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, Wisconsin (aka Milwaukee office). Local HR team members come into the office once or twice a week on pre-designated days for in-person connection and collaboration.
ROLE CLASSIFICATION
This is a full-time, non-exempt role with eligibility for overtime after 40 hours of work per week.
