HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing various tasks to support the daily operations of Human Resources.  The successful candidate will play an integral role in answering employee questions, leave administration, processing paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting plant operations. This position will support locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.

What Success Looks Like:  

 

Manages administrative activities for the Human Resources department. Assists with coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and employee trainings. Supports onboarding and offboarding processes which includes processing new hire paperwork and entering employee records into the HRIS system. Monitors employee leave of absence administration. Supports company policies to include the administration of the drug and alcohol program. Creates and maintains employee personnel and confidential records. Works with project teams and committees as assigned.

 

What You Bring: 

 

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. Two or more years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset. Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information. Proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Willingness to travel between plant locations up to 20% of the time.

 

Salary range: $23/hr to $34/hr
