Brief Description: Our client, a Chicago based law firm, is seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to key leadership roles within their firm. This role will assist with HR, IT, financials, recruiting, administrative duties, and more, ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation and distribution of materials for firm meetings (Executive Committee, Attorney, Equity Partner).Document staff changes, performance reports, and communications in HR systems.Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.Assist in payroll edits, OT reports, and back-up payroll processing.Manage CLE submissions, attendance reporting, and certifications.Help with performance review creation and coordination.Track ARDC registration, sexual harassment training, and other compliance activities.Administer DocuSign and E-Dockets post-implementation.Provide general administrative support as needed for other departments.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HR or administrative support, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
