The human resource coordinator is responsible for various human resource functions. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as administrative functions, assisting with recruiting  and onboarding, workers compensation, safety team planning and benefits administration.   BelFlex Staffing Network has partnered with a local Little Rock manufacturing company in recruiting for a temporary human resource coordinator.  Job functions include the following- Educate and communicating company policies and procedures.
Solving employee issues
Present a cheerful  and positive manner with all team members and employee’s.
Create and maintain complete and confidential files on each employee.
Process, verify and maintain documentation  and benefit enrollment. 
establish and maintain department records and reports.
process and review employment applications
Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries , benefits, and other pertinent information. 
Perform other assigned duties. 

Education/ Training Requirements- Associates degree in an applicable field can substitute experience for degree.
