The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support across a variety of human resource functions supporting the Athletics Department. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining efficient HR operations by assisting with day-to-day coordination, employee records management, and other essential HR processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of USC Athletics by supporting its talented workforce.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate for the position of HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
Administrative Support: Assisting with various HR functions, navigating and completing transactions and running reports in our system, Workday.
Records Management: Compiling, preparing, and maintaining accurate employment records, both physical and electronic, to ensure compliance and accessibility.
Pre-Employment Processes: Coordinating pre-employment screenings such as background checks, reference checks, and other onboarding requirements.
Policy and Procedures: Responding to routine inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and maintaining policy manuals for reference.
Data Preparation: Gathering and analyzing data for HR projects and preparing reports for internal use.
Special Projects: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete HR initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.
The hourly range for this position is $26.79 - $30.50.
