HR Coordinator\n

Providing support to employees, managers, and Leadership in various operational processes. This can include onboarding, employee records and data integrity, as well as compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, responsible for assisting with employee relations, performance, and training to maintain an efficient and effective organization. This role is crucial to maintain a positive culture, and supporting the activities, initiatives, and policies that align with our core values.\n

***This position is on an 12 month, fixed-term basis and is based in Carthage, Missouri. This will be considered a full-time, benefits-eligible position for that period***\n

Essential Functions & Requirements: \n\nEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.\nGuide supervisors and managers on company policies and procedures, as well as assisting in decision making regarding disciplining\/coaching employees.\nAssist and resolve employee questions in regard to company policies and procedures.\nProvides the interpretation, execution, and administration of policy, procedures, legal requirements, and general guidance.\nConducts and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, or investigations.\nActs as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions for human resources matters.\nPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, retention initiatives, morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.\nManages employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and\/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.\nAssist managers with HR matters and documentation. This will include addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflict.\nMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.\nEvaluate strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.\nPartners with others in human resources and operations to ensure that best practices and the most efficient customer service is delivered.\nCollaborate with cross-functional shared services teams, to gather project needs and requirements and ensure timely execution.\n\n

Education:\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. (required)\n\n

Experience:\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in HR, focus on HR Coordinator responsibilities. (required)\nIn lieu of degree, a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in an HR role. (required)\nHR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). (preferred)\nProficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office. \nExperience with using UKG system is highly desirable.\n\n

Competencies: \n\nExcellent judgment and decision-making skills and must be able to manage multiple projects. \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times. \nTime Management skills with continuous proven ability to meet deadlines. \nAbility to prioritize. Strong written and oral communication skills. \nProficient with Microsoft Office including SharePoint and Teams. \nExcellent organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. \nStrong ability to investigate and determine relevant facts. \nBroad knowledge of principles, laws, theories, and practices of Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. \nAbility to interact with others, including groups, both in person and virtual, verbal, and written correspondence. \nContinual demonstrated conflict-resolution skills. \nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.\n\n
