In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to employees and management in a manufacturing plant environment. This position reports to the Head of Country & Plant HR, USA and will operate on an on-site schedule out of our Fresno, CA facility. **Your main responsibilities** As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following: 1. **Employee Services** 2. Answer employee questions about HR services, policies, and procedures. 3. Assist employees with HR-related issues and direct them to the appropriate resources. 4. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. 5. **New Hire Orientation** 6. Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture. 7. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials. 8. Ensure new hires complete all necessary paperwork and training. 9. **Additional HR Support** 10. Assist Head Country HR with Special projects as needed that drive across the country. 11. Assist Plant HR Partner and Divisional HRBPs with Fresno related HR special projects as needed. 12. **Employee Engagement** 13. Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through DE&I, wellness, and educational activities as needed. 14. **GPS/ Audits (Internal and External)** 15. Support the GPS at plant level in collaboration with Plant HR Partner. 16. **Compliance and Reporting** 17. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. 18. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics as needed. 19. **Health and Safety** 20. Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 21. Assist with the coordination of safety training and awareness programs as needed. 22. **Other duties as assigned** 23. May include worker’s comp employee assistance 24. Open Enrollment assistance and coordination 25. Training assistance 26. Other HR duties as assigned. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + Education in a related field (HR, business, or psychology)or equivalent work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. + 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or HR internship, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems. + Previous experience working in HR department. + Proficiency using PC based tools (Microsoft Office Suite). + Relevant administrative skills. + Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information and apply good judgment. + Ability to work proactively, handle simultaneous projects, and anticipate situations and managements needs. + Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy of work with frequent interruptions and under the pressures of deadlines. + Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive disposition. + Ability to listen carefully to determine employee needs. + Excellent written and spoken English. The pay range for this position is $63,230 to $86,039. Actual pay will depend upon skill set, experience, and location.
