Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:
• Processes employee change of status forms and enter employee data in human resources information system.
• Maintain accurate employee data records in all human resources systems.
• Provide customer service support to HR department and employees regarding benefits, pay, and other inquiries.
• Assist with payroll inquiries and corrections and support payroll processing as needed.
• Coordinate leave of absence process for employees utilizing internal resources and third – party vendor MetLife to ensure the leave of absence processes are communicated effectively.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment process for employees utilizing internal resources and third-party vendors for medical, dental, vision, and other employee benefits.
• Assist with data compiling from internal and third-party sources to ensure data accuracy in the department.

• Education: Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Years of Experience: Level II: 2 or more years of human resources or customer service experience required/ Level III: 4 or more years of human resources or customer service experience required
• Software Knowledge: Must be able to use Microsoft Office applications
