Job Summary:
The HCM Coordinator works in consultation with the HR Team to coordinate and implement processes related to maintaining the HRIS system and employee personnel data.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates, inputs, reviews, and formats human resources data for entry into the HRIS system. Processes all employee changes through data entry or workflow process. Troubleshoots problems with HR data and where inaccurate/incorrect seeks to resolve the issue. Ensures accuracy and integrity of all HR data in the HRIS system. Enters transactional changes in time and attendance systems. Responds to questions and inquiries of employee personnel information Reviews submissions of transactional paperwork for completeness and authorizations Serves as a resource to employees and Managers providing guidance in relation to general HR questions and topics. Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
Position requires a professional level of knowledge generally acquired through three to five years of Human Resource experience.
Education:
Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
