HR Coordinator
Job Details:

Job Summary:

Provides administrative support and oversees day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient and productive environment for the Human Resource department.TheHR Coordinatorshould also have excellent administrative capabilities and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provides a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership Oversees the ASKHR inbox daily for the assigned designated campus Assist HRBP team with the preparation and follow-up of New Hire orientation including scheduling of rooms and resources, as needed. Sends out email communication to new hires for the 5/45 day surveys Assist HRBP team with reports various HR systems as well as user maintence; password resetting and account issues Establishes/builds relationships with hiring managers/departments for all facilities Performs front desk reception duties for the Human Resources Department, including answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, filing, reception of employees and visitors, responding to inquiries, as well as all word processing and correspondence functions. Opens, reviews and distributes interoffice and external mail. Assists with special house-wide mailings and distribution of information. Coordinates the employee ID badge system (i.e. making badges, ordering supplies, service calls, etc.) Participates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience:

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, explain and present data and findings. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various healthcare departments. Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. 1-2 years experience working in an office setting preferred.

Education:

Associates Degree Required.Bachelors Degree preferred.
