**Overview**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
Epsilon is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HRC Team working out of our Chicago office. As an HR Coordinator, you will ensure support to Epsilon employees. The HR Coordinator will report to the Manager, HR, and work closely with teammates, employees, and the greater HR organization. You will work under general supervision while having the ability to also be effective independently driving efficiencies in data entry and confidential administrative HR support. You will assist in facilitating New Hire Orientation for onboarding, virtually and in-person, fostering a sense of connection to Epsilon’s values and culture on Day 1. This includes presenting to new hire Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the business, as needed. The HR Coordinator maintains relationships with multiple HR departments and works closely with our HR COE’s while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle at Epsilon.
**What You’ll Achieve**
Through this role, you will strengthen skills in organization, communication, and project management. You will support candidates throughout initial steps for processing onboarding ensuring accurate data entry and verifying new hire material is complete. You will assist the HRC team in supporting the HR Business Partners; acknowledge and/or respond to inquiries from employees and colleagues in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining personnel records and documentation for the employees, which includes keeping related data in the HRIS platform up to date. You will utilize various HRIS reporting tools to create routine and ad hoc reports for the HRBP teams, and the business needs. You will also perform other duties as assigned, including facilitating internal events and programs as needed.

+ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
+ Strong relationship management and communication skills
+ 1+ years of professional experience with HR
+ Experience with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
+ Excellent administrative and organizational skills required
+ Passion for HR and the ability to recommend new approaches while maintaining best practices
+ Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, related to HR administration and practices ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

+ HR Certification is a plus, PHR or SHRM
+ Capacity for forward-thinking
+ Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP
+ Proficiency in problem solving and analytical skills
+ Detail-oriented team player and ability to demonstrate ability to drive projects through to completion
Pay Range: $52,000 - $72,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
