Description
We are seeking an HR Coordinator for our operations in the transport industry, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing a variety of tasks related to human resources administration, corporate and internet recruiting, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive back-office support for HR operations
• Organizing and implementing onboarding processes for new team members
• Facilitating the recruitment process through various activities
• Aiding in the completion and filing of I-9 documents
• Conducting new team member orientations and setting up badge access
• Managing various basic office tasks as necessary
• Ensuring compliance with I-9 regulations
• Helping with the management of new team member paperwork
• Carrying out other clerical duties as required
• Engaging in recruitment events and activities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Back Office Support, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency in Basic Office Skills, including the use of standard office equipment and software.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.
• Proven track record in successful Onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, with the ability to identify, attract, and retain talent.
• Proficiency in Internet Recruiting, utilizing various online platforms to source potential candidates.
• Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• Knowledge and practical application of I-9 Compliance, ensuring all employment eligibility documents are correctly completed and filed
