Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, California, operating in a hybrid capacity. As an HR Coordinator, your primary role will be to support the coordination and onboarding of our workforce. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, with potential in-person meetings in Irvine as and when required. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and onboard the workforce effectively. • Ensure all pre-engagement and compliance requirements are met. • Maintain a high level of detail and process orientation in all tasks. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems for various tasks. • Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode in daily operations. • Use Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time software for various HR functions. • Conduct regular auditing and background checks. • Handle benefit functions with utmost accuracy. • Deliver clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
