Robert Half is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join a local and reputable organization. As an HR Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the HR operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR functions. Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping.
+ Oversees HR email management and credit card expense processing.
+ Coordinates and manages clearance renewal processes.
+ Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Support HR projects, such as policy updates, compliance audits, and process improvement initiatives.
+ Stay updated on HR best practices and regulations to ensure the company’s adherence to all applicable laws.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
+ At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative capacity.
+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or related software is a plus.
+ Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and compliance standards is advantageous.
+ A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
