HR Coordinator
Description + Recruitment and Onboarding: Support job postings, schedule interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding processes. + Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure policies comply with labor laws and company standards. + Employee Relations and Benefits: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist with benefits enrollment, and address HR concerns. + Payroll and HR Administration: Coordinate with payroll for accurate processing and manage documentation for employment changes. + Training and Development: Organize training sessions and track employee participation to encourage professional growth. + HR Reporting and Process Improvement: Analyze HR metrics and recommend workflow improvements to meet organizational goals.
