Job Description

  

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with a strong passion for HR to join our team. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting our recruitment efforts while also providing essential HR administrative support to our Mt. View, CA office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Coordination:

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner to understand hiring needs and create job postings that    attract top talent.Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain the applicant tracking system, Workday, with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background screenings and reference verifications.Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and follow-up.Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.

HR Administrative Support:

Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with California meal and rest rules, company policies and legal requirements.Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and scheduling.Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in HR administration and recruiting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.  Experience with Workday and ADP platform is a plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing an excellent candidate and employee experience.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

  

Salary Range:

$61,600.00-$82,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
