Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the HR department at a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in HR while contributing to talent management and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
+ HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information while adhering to confidentiality standards.
+ Benefits Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures, and assist with open enrollment processes.
+ Recruitment Assistance: Coordinate interview schedules, post job openings, and communicate with candidates on behalf of hiring teams.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including maintenance of I-9 documentation and other required records.
+ Employee Support: Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies while providing exceptional support to address inquiries or concerns.
+ HR Projects: Support special projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and performance management processes.
Requirements
+ 1–2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative roles in a professional environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
