Description We are in need of a HR Coordinator in Aldie, Virginia. This position is part of the Financial Services industry and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a HR Coordinator, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including financial services and workforce management. Responsibilities: • Utilize ADP for financial services operations • Employ ADP Workforce Now for efficient workforce management • Implement Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) operations as needed • Familiarize yourself with Ceridian and Dayforce for effective HR coordination • Utilize the About Time software for efficient time management • Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy • Perform background checks as part of recruitment procedures • Oversee benefit functions to ensure employee benefits are managed effectively • Foster effective communication within the team and across the organization.
