HR Coordinator
Description Concord client is in need of a contract HR/Recruiting Coordinator. In this position you will assist with: Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates and supporting their journey through the hiring process. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role. • Conduct thorough initial assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to ensure alignment with role requirements. • Manage and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with company standards. • Promote a positive candidate experience that aligns with our company’s values and culture. • Continuously improve recruitment practices to attract top talent and adapt to industry best practices -Serve as a frontline resource for employee inquiries Additional duties will include processing leaves of absence, auditing and management of employee files, and assisting with employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in HR support roles. Spanish speaking is strongly preferred. The hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Requirements • Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services, essential for managing payroll and other financial aspects within the HR department. • Proficiency in utilizing ADP Workforce Now, crucial for effective HR management and workforce planning. • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, necessary for efficient data transmission and communication. • Familiarity with Ceridian HR management software, to ensure smooth HR operations. • Experience with Dayforce for managing workforce, payroll, and benefits. • Proficiency in using About Time software for effective time and project management. • Demonstrated skills in Auditing, vital for ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. • Experience in conducting Background Checks, critical for maintaining a safe and secure workplace. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions, necessary for managing and administering employee benefits. • Excellent Communication skills, vital for interacting with employees, management, and stakeholders.
