Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR Coordinator to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this role, you will act as a key support for HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination of employee services, efficient maintenance of records, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional with a passion for human resources and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Support
+ Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientations, and processing termination documents.
+ Maintain and update employee records in the company’s HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
+ Process employment verifications and other relevant documentation.
Employee Relations Support
+ Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries and escalate to HR leadership as needed.
+ Coordinate communication related to HR policy updates, benefits enrollments, and company events.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Assistance
+ Provide administrative support for recruiting efforts, such as scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and coordinating candidate communications.
+ Assist hiring managers with applicant tracking through ATS platforms.
Compliance & Reporting
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining accurate documentation.
+ Assist in generating standard HR reports for management (e.g., headcount, turnover, etc.)
Requirements
Key Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
+ At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or administration, preferably in a contract or dynamic work environment.
+ Proficiency in HR’s most in-demand tools, such as ADP, Workday, or HRIS systems (Source: Tab 2 - Skills and Certifications).
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management at all levels.
