Position Summary

The Global HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting HR Operations, employee experience initiatives, and system administration across HR. Based in India, this position will provide tier-one employee support globally, administer multiple HR systems and programs, and collaborate on key projects and campaigns that enhance employee engagement and compliance. The role requires a self-starter with strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and an employee-focused mindset to deliver exceptional support across a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Support:Draft and prepare employee-related documents, including verification of employment letters, reference letters, and other HR communications.Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on general HR-related matters, escalating complex issues as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire documentation and ensuring all necessary forms are completed.Collaborate with the HR team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.Support HR projects and initiatives, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.Handle routine correspondence and provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.Recognition Platform Administration (Awardco)Administer the Awardco platform, including program setup, budget management, point allocation, and employee support.Maintain data accuracy and troubleshoot any platform-related challenges.Employee Experience Initiatives:Serve as an admin for the Wave program, fostering cross-organizational connections.Assist in planning and executing employee experience campaigns and initiatives as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Effectively organizes tasks, manages competing priorities, and meets deadlines.Ensures accuracy and quality in all deliverables, maintaining high standards in administrative work.Exhibits empathy and commitment to supporting employees and enhancing their experience.Identifies challenges and proposes actionable solutions in a proactive manner.Displays strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with global employees and stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR systems (e.g., SharePoint, HRIS, Awardco).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant tools.Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is a plus.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role, preferably in a global organization.Prior experience working with HR systems is highly desirable.Experience managing employee experience programs or similar initiatives.About Onit
